James Brothers

     Here is another small town tackle company with a rather ordinary bait. It appears that the James Brothers only made the Bass Oreno style Canadian Minnow that is shown in the picture below.  The baits have been found in only two colours: red and white (as shown) and a red head and green body version that is not shown. This seems to be the only lure that has surfaced from the company (unless someone knows otherwise). According to an older CAFTA newsletter, the James Brothers company may have actually been a hardware store that decided to branch out, and they may be more contemporary than we know.  I welcome more information on this company if it's available.
